To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50 KM per person is required.
Guests have 60 minutes from the moment the SPA confirms the appointment via email or phone call to make the deposit payment.
Incomplete or late payments may result in the reservation being automatically cancelled.
In case of cancellation by the guest, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of a rescheduling request, the deposit will be honored if the SPA center is able to adjust its schedule.
If the SPA center is unable to reschedule the appointment to the requested date or time, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Guests are kindly advised to carefully choose the correct SPA location when making a reservation, especially if multiple locations exist.
Guests must accurately enter the appointment time that was confirmed verbally (via phone or direct communication) to avoid any reservation errors.

Za potvrdu rezervacije termina potrebno je uplatiti depozit u iznosu od 50 KM po osobi.
Gosti imaju 60 minuta od trenutka kada im je SPA potvrdio termin putem e-maila ili telefonskog razgovora da izvrše uplatu depozita.
Nepotpune ili zakašnjele uplate mogu rezultirati automatskim poništavanjem rezervacije.
U slučaju otkazivanja termina od strane gosta, depozit je nepovratan.
U slučaju pomjeranja termina, depozit će biti uvažen ukoliko SPA centar može prilagoditi svoj raspored.
Ako SPA centar nije u mogućnosti pomjeriti termin na traženi datum ili vrijeme, depozit ostaje nepovratan.
Molimo goste da pažljivo odaberu SPA centar u kojem rezervišu termin, posebno ako postoji više lokacija.
Gosti su dužni precizno unijeti termin koji im je potvrđen usmenim putem (telefonski ili u direktnoj komunikaciji), kako bi se izbjegle greške u rezervaciji.
