9. Cookies, Visit Measurement and Advertising
Necessary cookies: they are needed for the cart and checkout to work and to remember your cookie choice (cookie spa_pristanak, 180 days). They do not require consent.
Statistics: with your consent we use Google Analytics to see which pages visitors use. Google sets cookies (e.g. _ga, up to 2 years) and receives data about the visit, such as the page address, device and browser type and approximate location.
Marketing: with your consent we use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to measure how well our ads perform, to recognise visitors who viewed one of our services but did not buy and show them our ads (remarketing), and to find people similar to our customers (lookalike audiences). Cookies are set for this (e.g. _fbp, _fbc and _gcl_aw, usually up to 90 days), and Meta and Google receive data about your actions on the site: viewing a service, adding to the cart, purchase, clicking to call or message a salon.
Purchase data: if you gave consent for marketing at checkout, we send order data (value and items, plus your email address, phone, name and city, which we convert into an unreadable code, a so-called hash, before sending) to Meta from our server (Meta Conversions API) and to Google, so that the purchase can be linked to an ad. Without your consent this data is not sent.
The legal basis for statistics and marketing is your consent. Until you choose, all statistics and marketing cookies are off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area: Google, Meta.
