TERMS OF USE
Welcome to the website of Amman Spa & Hammam. These Terms of Use, along with the additional provisions outlined below, regulate how you use our online shop as well as the terms and conditions for online payments. By using our website, you agree to these terms. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a reservation or purchase.

I. GENERAL TERMS OF USE
Amman Spa & Hammam provides its services online under clearly defined terms. By using this website, you agree to all the stated terms, and Amman Spa & Hammam reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice.

II. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURITY
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using the latest TLS encryption. Web payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a method of encoding data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. This enables secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized access during communication between your computer and the Monri Payment Gateway, and vice versa. Monri Payment Gateway is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 security standards as required by Visa and Mastercard rules. Amman Spa & Hammam does not store credit card numbers, and such numbers are not available to unauthorized personnel.

III. PERSONAL DATA GATHERING AND PROTECTION STATEMENT
We are committed to protecting our customers’ personal data by collecting only the essential basic information necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We inform our customers about how the collected data is used and regularly provide them with options regarding the use of their information, including the possibility to have their name omitted from marketing lists. All user data is strictly guarded and is available only to employees who need that information to perform their duties. All our employees and business partners are obligated to adhere to the principles of confidentiality protection.

IV. TERMS OF PURCHASE
These terms establish the process of ordering, payment, service execution, and the procedure for handling complaints regarding services offered through this website.

• Ordering:
  The customer orders services by completing the online reservation form on our website. By ordering a service, the customer confirms that all required information has been entered accurately and truthfully. All prices are quoted in Bosnian Convertible Mark (KM) including VAT. Depending on the website settings, prices may also be displayed in euros.

• Payment:
  Payment for the ordered services is made online using credit cards (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa) via a secure payment platform (Monri Payment Gateway) that utilizes the security programs Visa Secure and MasterCard IdentityCheck. A confirmation of the successful transaction is sent to the customer via email, and Amman Spa & Hammam does not store credit card data

• Service Execution:
  Once the customer completes the payment and confirms the reservation, Amman Spa & Hammam will arrange for the execution of the reserved service at the agreed time. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and remains available for further communication regarding the reservation.

• Complaints:
  If the service is not provided as described or if technical issues occur, the customer must notify Amman Spa & Hammam within 4 (four) business days from the date the service was rendered. After reviewing the complaint, the customer may be offered a replacement service or a refund, at our discretion. The customer is not entitled to a refund if the complaint is not submitted within the specified period. We do not offer refunds for online payments. Vouchers are valid until the service is used at the spa and do not have any other expiration period.

• Copyright Protection:
  All content, including texts, images, graphics, and the website design, is the property of Amman Spa & Hammam and is protected by law. The customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without authorization.

• General:
  Amman Spa & Hammam reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms with each reservation or purchase. Costs associated with accessing the website (such as internet or telephone expenses) are not covered by Amman Spa & Hammam. While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee that the services will always be error-free.
