YOTOX – Antiage face yoga with botox serum and cold hammer treatment

Amman Spa’s Yotox treatment is a facial massage that combines facial yoga techniques and botox serum. After 20 minutes of manual facial massage, botox serum is applied and rubbed with a cosmetic device called “cold hammer” that smooths the skin, shrinks enlarged pores, and makes the skin even fresher.

Under the skin of the face, we have 57 muscles that we should exercise as well as other muscles in the body, in order not to relax and to reduce tension in them.

During the aging process, the face loses elasticity, causing the fat pads and muscles to become thinner, and relax, and slide downward. Numerous studies show the positive impact of yoga on tightening and strengthening the facial muscles, which ultimately leads to a rejuvenating effect. This happens because during exercise we use our fingers as resistance to the muscles that strengthen and grow and thus give definition to the face, preventing the fat pads and the entire face from sliding down. The same happens when exercising other muscles on the body, for example, the biceps.
